Is it wrong to tell somebody how to commit suicide?

Obviously, i'm still alive so i'm no expert when it comes to such matters but i recently e-mailed another user about an effective way and i also told them about two books dedicated to the subject. Now my conscience is starting to bother me. Did i do a bad thing?
