WHAT TO DO FOR MY13TH PARTY?

should i have a house party with air hockey table wii gazebo food cocktails with like 20 people or a party in a hired hall with dj ect.. for about 60 people? <3 <3 not on a budget:) what would make it special as it is my 13th:) xxxxxx
