What should i do for an architecture portfolio for college?

So I will become a Junior in high school and I am looking at universities I would like to attend. One that appeals my eye very much is Rice University... they have an amazing architecture program and I wish to major in that in the future so what would be good sketches, painting... to make for my portfolio?
