Please help me become a successful actress?

I'm 13 and when I'm older I really want to get into acting and filming. Many people I've asked say it's not very good pay and that it needs a lot of commitment, I'm fed up of being told this and I know about the consequences of little pay. So I really want answers about getting on TV, adverts and filming stuff like that... please help thnx xxxxxx
