I need suggestions about changing career path.?

I have a few credits left too complete my undergrad degree in electrical engineering but I hate this subject, so I'm not going to continue and finish this. Instead of this I'm thinking of studying Architecture. So I need to know If I'm eligible for taking a fresh undergrad course in US community colleges? I passed high school in 2005 and entered university in 2006. please suggest me something.
