Does he like me........?

Hey! well i've been talking to this guy on facebook for a few month now, and we've gotten close! he put on his status the other night ( last night ) that he liked a girl but he didn't know how to tell her, and I commented and went aww she'd be lucky to have you :) and he went thanks but she thinks of me as a brother or best friend! so I thought it was someone he knew in person since it's what it sounds like. And then just now he's tagged me in photos ones that say "I give you my heart" and "I love you" but I dunno what it means, is he trying to tell me something? It just doesn't seem right out of the blue to do this the day after his mysterious status O.o! Thanks alot, I appreciate your help:) xxxxxx
